Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery from any address in the United States (50 states).

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number. For health and safety reasons, opened beard oils, balms, and other personal care products cannot be returned.

To start a return, email holabarbudo@elturco.pe with the subject "Return Request — Order #[your number]" and we will reply with the return address and instructions.

Returns must be sent by mail, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
