Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Where We Ship
We ship only within the United States (50 states). International orders are fulfilled through our sister site at elturco.pe.

Shipping Rates
Orders of $75 USD or more ship FREE. Orders under $75 USD are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination, starting from $10 USD.

Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 0–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, expected delivery is 3–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package ships. You can also view tracking from your account at https://account.elturco.us/.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
